Tuition Policies
Cost to Educate: In an effort to align the affordability and true cost of education at St. Thomas More School, we will be increasing our tuition. All families will have an opportunity to apply for St. Thomas More School scholarships and grants to help offset the increased tuition. We encourage every family to apply for scholarships and other need-based opportunities; ensuring that the young people in our school community have an opportunity to receive an affordable Catholic education. Based on the 2024-2025 school operating budget, the actual cost to educate one child at St. Thomas More School is $8,000.
Tuition/Finances: We recognize that an investment in a Catholic Education is a serious endeavor. If you have any tuition/financial concerns, please make an appointment with our Business Manager or Principal who can explore with you the many options for financial assistance. We are committed to being good stewards, but we are willing to ensure finances are not an issue in choosing to attend STM.
Tuition K-8: The tuition for kindergarten through grades eight is $7,000.

There is a $50 Application Fee that must be paid upon application. If the child is not accepted, $25 will be refunded. If the student is accepted and the parent does not complete enrollment, the entire amount is non-refundable. Money collected is not applied toward tuition. Please visit www.stmschool.com and click on the “Admissions” tab and then the “Online Application” link to access the form. Once a child is accepted, a non-refundable Registration Fee of $75, is added to the family’s FACTS Account.
Payment Plans: Families receiving a full scholarship from ODE will be required to pay the unfunded tuition balance in monthly installments with full payment required by May 1. For the 2025-2026 school year, this amount is $834 (7000-6166=834).
Financial Aid: Financial concerns should never stop someone from attending our school. Although Financial Aid is not available for our Early Childhood Education Program, there are several opportunities for scholarships to offset the cost of kindergarten through grade 8 tuition. All families are encouraged to apply for any/all of the scholarships, including and especially Diocesan Tuition Assistance.
